Welcome to the World - Postnatal
Package

This package is designed to teach you all about your
new baby. Relax, as I will guide you through the
tips and techniques needed in confident parenting,
e.g. encouraging baby to sleep through the night
from an early age, self settling techniques, breast
or bottle feeding advice. For Postnatal home help
(once baby is born) pre-booking is recommended to
ensure you have the dates you require. Packages can
be suited to your needs. |

Overnight Stay

Haven't had a good nights sleep in a while? Then
this is the one for you. Allow me to come and look
after your baby through the night so that you can
get some much needed rest.
Ages 0 – 5 months. Based on 10pm - 6am. |

I Need Help !!!

This in home consultation is designed on what the
problem is and how long it will take to rectify. I
have experience working with reflux babies and
babies not sleeping during the day or night. If you
require advice in any other aspect of child rearing,
from toilet training, to behaviour management then
this package is for you. I will discuss with you
your concerns and help you solve the problems. (2 hr
minimum time period) |

Telephone Consultation

If you live outside of Auckland, this package is
designed with you in mind. I can offer you a 1 hour
phone consultation, discussing any issues that you
may have. I will email you the information I have
devised, and then discuss the information with you
at length, on the phone. A follow up call a week
later is included to discuss any questions that may
arise. |
